Domestic Violence is a national issue. Nationally, 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men will experience domestic violence in their lifetime. Based on current Hanover County population of 111,000, 36,630 women and 27,750 men in Hanover County right now will/have experienced domestic violence.
